These are boards that you would see in any old world Butcher Shop. They are heavy, solid and built to last a lifetime. Maple, Walnut and Cherry are the woods of choice here as they are tight grained, kind to your knives and have natural antimicrobial properties. The Large is 24"by 16". Choose from Maple, Cherry or a Maple/Cherry blend pattern. Each board is individually built so patterns and grain will be unique to yours. All sizes are approximate and variations of +/- 5% are normal.
